Customer Alterations

Building Improvements and Renovations

All building improvements and renovations must be planned and completed in compliance with Prudential Center Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.

All plans must be reviewed in advance by Prudential Center Management. A Prudential Center Management Representative will be assigned to the project as a contact for building services coordination.

In addition, the General Contractor will be issued, and is required to sign for, a copy of the Prudential Center Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.  By signing, the contractor is acknowledging receipt of, and compliance with, all listed regulations, terms, and conditions.

 

Additional Construction and Engineering Services

Additional construction and engineering services for space expansion and renovations is available at the customer's expense.  Please call the Prudential Center Management Office at (617) 236-2350 for more information.
