Bicycle Commuting

Bicycle racks are provided for convenience at various locations inside the garage and around the Prudential Center, please refer to the link below to a map of locations.

Securing a bicycle or bicycle lock to a tree, lamp post, sign post, U-bollard, railing, fence, pipe or any fixture that is not designated as a bicycle rack is strictly prohibited.  If a bicycle or bicycle lock is secured to a prohibited object, the lock will be cut/removed and the bicycle will be placed in a storage area until it is claimed by the owner.  Any unclaimed property stored for more than one year will be disposed of.

Long term bicycle storage/parking for multiple days is prohibited.   Signs are posted at the bicycle rack locations stating “No Overnight Parking” which is intended for transient users.  Bicycles that are secured for more than three consecutive days will be subject to removal.

Please kindly note: bicycles, skateboards and gas powered scooters are strictly prohibited from being brought into the common areas of the Prudential Center or inside the office buildings (Prudential Tower, 101 and 111 Huntington Avenue.).  Storage of bicycles in any common area freight or passenger elevator lobbies, service areas, stairwells, or corridors is prohibited.

Bike Cage
The bike cage located on the P2/Orange level of the Prudential Center Garage, across from the car wash is exclusive to office customers only, free of charge. If you are interested in utilizing the cage please contact customer services at (617) 236- 2345. We will contact you when your building access ID has been programmed to access the cage. Please note that your access badge will not work on the cage until it is programmed. Space is limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis. We ask that if you are not utilizing the cage on a regular basis that you let us know so that others can enjoy this amenity. The other bicycle racks, illustrated on this plan, will still be available for less frequent users.

The location of the bike cage is shown on the map below. Please contact customer services at (617) 236-2350 with any questions.
